Other Ways You Can Make a Meaningful Impact
There are many meaningful ways to support Toby's House Crisis Nursery, no matter the size of your gift. Small monthly contributions make a big difference. Our little nonprofit was built on small gifts from many caring people.
You can also support Toby's House by:
- Hosting a birthday fundraiser in lieu of gifts
- Creating a social media fundraiser (yes, Facebook fundraisers come directly to us!)
- Sharing our fundraising campaigns and following, liking, and sharing our social media pages
- Making a retirement honorarium gift
- Asking someone to donate to Toby's House instead of reimbursing you for a small expense like lunch or coffee
- Making a funerary or memorial gift
- Inviting us to give a tour or presentation for your civic group, church, or organization
- Designating Toby's House as a beneficiary of your trust, life insurance policy, or other assets*
- Making a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD). If you are age 70½ or older, you can contribute directly to Toby's House or another 501(c)(3) nonprofit from your Traditional IRA without incurring income tax on the distribution.*
