Leadership High School students at Toby’s House

Students from Leadership High School joined us this month to raise awareness about social issues affecting children and families. After spending most of the day at the Great Falls Rescue Mission, the juniors and seniors made their way to Toby’s House.
While at Toby’s House, they took a tour of the facility, discussed the importance of keeping children safe and supporting families, and completed a project for us. We folded blankets and attached a card that said “self-care isn’t selfish; it is healthy.” These blankets will be distributed to mental health professionals in the community, so they’ll know about Toby’s House when they identify a family who needs our services.

Thank you to the United Way, Great Falls Chamber of Commerce, Great Falls High School, Central Catholic High School, and LHS students for getting to know us!
